	I) Chairman: Mr. V.B.Raygandhi is having qualifications as B.Com(Hons.), LLB., F.C.A. He remained successful practitioner as a Chartered Accountant since 1981. He is director of Vertex Estates Pvt. Ltd. which company has successfully completed two big commercial/residential projects in city of Pune. He has also experience of textile industry, printing industry and of setting up big organizations successfully. Research and Development is his hobby. Doing all this, he was busy in many social activities. He also rendered his services as consultant to quite a few projects. II) Vice Chairman: Mrs. Mita Raygandhi is quqlified M.A.and she possesses business skills being born in business family. She has played very important role in design and development of unique kitchen components and concepts.           Top
